Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins.

Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be accepted.

Tarifa LLP reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Order not delivered

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Duplicate payment

  • Verified food quality concerns

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Change of mind after order preparation begins
